physical, occupational and speech therapy to seniors.
- Flexible, personalized scheduling which allows therapists
to work with residents more often, for shorter, more effective
periods of time.
- A comprehensive exercise program precisely tailored to
each resident’s specific needs.
- A multi-disciplinary home assessment at the outset of the
program to ensure that therapy programs are customized for
a successful return home.
- A simulated home environment where residents practice activities
of daily living to instill confidence in their caregivers
as well as themselves.
- Caregiver and family training and support.
- A personalized Return Home Packet with a detailed home
exercise program, list of equipment recommendations and other
suggestions designed to ensure a successful and enjoyable
return home for both residents and caregivers.
- Ongoing communication with physicians to provide information
about progress and the level of independence achieved by
their residents, as well as therapists’ recommendations
for returning home.
